1. Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing MatrioshkaLabs websites, apps, or APIs, you agree to these Terms of Use.
- Hush & HushAI: You must be at least 13 years old.
- HushDate: You must be at least 18 years old.
- HushSafe enterprise: Purchasers must be 18+ and authorized to bind their organization.
2. Description of services
MatrioshkaLabs provides:
- Hush β anonymous messaging and Q&A
- HushSafe β AI-powered content moderation for platforms
- HushAI β private AI chat companion
- HushDate β privacy-first dating
Features may change as we improve products. Beta features are provided as-is.
3. User accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use our services to harass, threaten, distribute illegal content, circumvent safety systems, or violate others' rights. See our Acceptable Use Policy for details.
5. Content ownership and licensing
You retain ownership of content you submit. By posting content, you grant MatrioshkaLabs a limited licence to host, moderate, and display it solely to operate the service. We do not claim ownership of your personal data.
6. HushSafe API terms
Enterprise API customers agree to usage limits, acceptable content policies, and data processing terms in our Data Processing Addendum. SLA, liability caps, and indemnification terms are specified in enterprise agreements.
7. Intellectual property
MatrioshkaLabs trademarks, logos, software, and documentation are our property. DMCA notices should be sent per our DMCA Policy.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Services are provided βas isβ to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months for paid services.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory arbitration below.
10. Dispute resolution
Parties will attempt informal resolution for 30 days. Unresolved disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India).
11. Changes to terms
Material changes will be announced at least 30 days before taking effect via email or in-product notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
