Permitted use

You may use our Services for lawful purposes consistent with our community standards and product-specific guidelines. Enterprise customers must comply with configured moderation policies when integrating HushSafe.

Prohibited conduct

• Harassment, threats, hate speech, or targeted abuse
• Distribution of illegal content or facilitation of illegal activity
• Attempts to deanonymize users or circumvent privacy controls
• Spam, scraping, or automated abuse of APIs without authorization
• Reverse engineering or interfering with safety systems

Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate access for violations. HushSafe-powered products apply real-time moderation and appeal flows. Repeat or severe violations may result in permanent bans and law enforcement referral where required.
