Community Guidelines

MatrioshkaLabs products are built for authentic connection — but only when everyone feels safe. These guidelines apply across Hush, HushAI, HushDate, and any community features we operate.

Our Principles

• Respect: Treat others as you would want to be treated, even when anonymous.
• Safety: Do not harass, threaten, or harm others — physically, emotionally, or digitally.
• Authenticity: Do not impersonate others, spread misinformation, or manipulate communities.
• Privacy:Do not share others' personal information without consent (doxxing).
• Consent: Respect boundaries in conversations, dating, and shared content.

Prohibited Content & Behavior

The following are not permitted on any MatrioshkaLabs product:

• Harassment, bullying, hate speech, or discrimination based on protected characteristics
• Threats of violence or encouragement of self-harm
• Sexual content involving minors (zero tolerance — reported to authorities)
• Non-consensual intimate imagery (revenge porn, deepfake pornography)
• Spam, scams, phishing, or fraudulent activity
• Illegal activity or promotion of illegal goods and services
• Doxxing — sharing private information without consent
• Coordinated inauthentic behavior or bot networks

Product-Specific Guidelines

Hush (Anonymous Messaging)

• Anonymity is not a shield for harm. Moderation applies to all messages.
• Do not use anonymity to harass, stalk, or intimidate others.
• Report abusive messages using in-app reporting tools.

HushAI (AI Companion)

• Do not attempt to generate harmful, illegal, or exploitative content.
• AI responses are not professional advice (medical, legal, financial).
• Crisis situations are escalated to human support — do not rely on AI in emergencies.

HushDate (Dating)

• HushDate is for adults 18 and older only.
• Be honest in your profile. Misrepresentation undermines trust.
• Respect “no” — consent is ongoing, not a one-time checkbox.
• Report suspicious profiles, scams, or harassment immediately.

Enforcement

Content is moderated by HushSafe AI with human review for edge cases. Violations may result in:

• Content removal
• Temporary suspension
• Permanent account termination
• Reporting to law enforcement where required by law

Every automated moderation decision can be appealed. See our Safety Center for details on appeals.

If you see content or behavior that violates these guidelines, use the in-app report button or contact safety@matrioshkalabs.com.

These guidelines may be updated. Material changes will be communicated in-app.
